One profile, and the applications almost write themselves.
Kelyvaro is my own product: a platform that helps Turkish-speaking professionals find and apply for jobs in Germany. Fill in the profile once. Kelyvaro finds matching listings, rewrites the CV for each one and prepares the application for approval.
The brief
Anyone looking for a job in Germany from Turkey spends time on every single application: searching, translating, adapting the CV, filling in forms. Many listings don't fit anyway because of visa or language level. It takes weeks and often ends in rejection.
The solution
- 01One profile with experience, education, language level, visa status and preferred cities
- 02Hourly scan of job boards and applicant tracking systems (Personio, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, Workday …) via my open-source package ats-boards, filtered by visa and language level
- 03German tabular CV and DIN 5008 cover letter per listing, with schema and fact checks. No experience is invented.
- 04Approval queue: the user reviews and confirms every application
- 05Sent from the user's own Gmail (Gmail API) after approval and an MX preflight, plus a status panel per application
Outcome
Live beta for the German job market since August 2026, built and run by me. More countries are planned.
